I forgot my e-mail password

  • Go to http://webmail.yourdomain and click on “I forgot my password”.

  • Type in your e-mail.
  • Click on “Send”;
  • In case you filled in your “Secondary e-mail” during the sign-up process, a new password will be sent to that address. Otherwise, the system will send the password to the administrator, who will then contact you.
